7 Simple Steps to Part Exchange

Step 1: You visit the showhome at our development of high specification family houses and pick your new Strawberry Scotland home.

Step 2: Our local agent will visit you at your current property and carry out a valuation at no cost to you.

Step 3: We agree with you a price for your current property. This will be a fair market valuation based on achieving a successful sale within 6 weeks, subject to the Home Report.

Step 4: You reserve your new Strawberry Scotland home (standard reservation fee applies).

Step 5: Again, at no cost to you, we arrange the Home Report of your current property.

Step 6: Subject to satisfactory Home Report, missives are concluded both for the sale of your current property to us and the sale of our new home to you.

Step 7: You can relax and look forward to taking hassle free ownership of your new Strawberry Scotland home.

Terms & Conditions:
(i) Standard reservation fee of £1000 applies. (ii) We may market your current property for sale as soon as missives are concluded or at an earlier mutually agreed date after reservation. (iii) To qualify for Part Exchange your current property must be below 70% of the value of the Strawberry Scotland home you wish to buy. (iv) You will be given reasonable prior notice when access to your current property is required and you must not unreasonably refuse access for the purpose of inspecting or selling your current property. (v) You must be the owner of your current property.

7 Simple Steps to an Assisted Sale

Step 1: You visit the showhome at our development of high specification family houses and pick your new Strawberry Scotland home.

Step 2 Our local selling agent will visit you at your current property and carry out a valuation at no cost to you.

Step 3: We agree with you a sale price for your current property. This price will be based on a sale within 6 weeks to enable you to move to your new Strawberry Scotland home as soon as possible.

Step 4: You reserve your new Strawberry Scotland home (standard reservation fee applies).

Step 5: Again, at no cost to you, we arrange the Home Report of your current property.

Step 6: We work with the selling agent and you to market your current property for a sale as quickly as possible and for the best possible price.

Step 7: When your current property sells, we pay your sales costs and you can look forward to moving into your new Strawberry Scotland home.

Terms & Conditions:
(i) Standard reservation fee of £1000 applies. (ii) We may start the marketing of your current property for sale as soon as the Home Report is prepared. (iii) You will be given reasonable prior notice when access to your current property is required and you must not unreasonably refuse access for the purpose of inspecting or selling your current property. (iv) Your acceptance of the offer on your current property will be on the basis it exceeds, matches or is no more than 5% below the agreed sale price and that the entry date is first agreed by us. (v) Once you have concluded missives for the sale of your current property, you must conclude missives to buy your new Strawberry Scotland home for entry date to be mutually agreed between us. (vi) If your current property has not sold within 12 weeks of first being marketed, we reserve the right to either cancel your reservation and cease marketing your property (we will pay associated sales costs to this point) or, as a separate agreement with you, buy your current property as a Part Exchange (please see Part Exchange terms). (vii) In the event you do not conclude missives to purchase your new Strawberry Scotland home you will be liable for all costs associated with the marketing and/or sale of your current property.
